The DataHarbor platform, its original content, features, functionality, and branding are the property of CivicData Canada and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The underlying municipal data is subject to its own licensing terms, which are provided with each dataset.

Limitation of Liability

DataHarbor and CivicData Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from the use of our platform or datasets.

Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
